Sales Policy
PLEASE NOTE: GOATS ARE HERD ANIMALS; THEREFORE, THEY NEED AT LEAST ONE OTHER GOAT BUDDY. WE WILL NOT SELL A SINGLE GOAT UNLESS YOU HAVE GOATS ALREADY AT YOUR PREMISES.
Reservations/Deposits/Payments/Transport:
Paid deposits will receive preference!
Reservations are accepted at any time. To reserve a kid from a particular breeding, please send an e-mail with the following information - full name, email address, telephone number, herd name and website address or Facebook page. Non-refundable deposit is not required until the kid has been determined as healthy and thriving.
Once the doe has kidded and we have confirmed that the desired kid is available, a non-refundable deposit is required. Unless previously discussed, the deposit must be received within 24 hours in order to secure the reservation. Kids are weaned at 8-10 weeks of age and are ready to leave between 10-12 weeks; however, bottle babies may go sooner to an approved home.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing on kids once they are born. This will be based on our assessment of the kid's conformation and the quality of the dam's udder. Pricing on kids reserved prior to kidding and confirmed with a paid deposit will remain unchanged.
The sales policy is the same for reservations of older animals. A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours. The balance must be paid in full before the goat(s) leave our farm. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the sale will be cancelled.
Board of $2 per day (per goat) will be charged if the animal has not been retrieved within 2 weeks of purchase or agreed upon transport date.
Whenever possible, we prefer that goats are picked up from our farm. All arrangements for transport are the responsibility of the purchaser. The cost of shipping, health certificates, blood testing, and any other expenses associated with transporting the goat(s) must be paid in advance by the purchaser.

Performance Program:
Starting in the Spring of 2020, we will be offering the following cash refund incentives upon completion (proof required:-))!
Linear Appraisal (LA): $50
DHIR AR star in milk and butterfat: $100
DHIR ST star in milk and butterfat: $50
Buck earning "+": $100
Permanent Grand Champion status: $100
Pricing:
* Kids/adults will be priced based on conformation, quality of udder, pedigree, show performance, Linear Appraisal scores, etc. See pricing schematic below.
Wethers (castrated bucks) = $200 each
Pet Quality Doe Kids = Start at $350 each
Registered Breeding/Show Quality kids = Start at $600 each for buck/doe
Adult Registered Breeding Does/Bucks = Start at $650 each
Certificates of Registration: All bucks and does will come with registration application or registration for ADGA before they leave the farm unless otherwise specified. Each animal will be assessed to determine if they meet bred standard. If they do not, they will not be considered for registration and will be sold as pets only.

NIGERIAN DWARF: We do NOT guarantee height. Many of the bucks we use in our program are over height; however, we only use does that are in height. We continually assess the progeny of our bucks to make ensure they are producing in height does and make breeding decisions appropriately.
